Cardio-kickboxing is practical self-defense with a combination of boxing, kickboxing, foot work, bag work, stretching and Chinese breathing exercises. It stimulates your mind and body skills. From the physical fitness standpoint, its the fastest proven way to get into shape. And all our classes are held in an authentic mixed martial arts dojo. We're located in Medford, Mass (the greater-Boston area) and our cardio classes are made up of men and women alike. Cardio kick boxing is essentially a new way to exercise. Anyone interested in burning fat and calories, and in looking fit and trim will appreciate our cardio-kickboxing workout. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The benefits speak for themselves. The original circuit training format was developed to promote the sport of kickboxing through kickboxing for fitness. The techniques used during the one-hour workout are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance and cardio vascular benefits to its participants.
